We take the concept of Spanish cuisine – TAPAS - and transform it in a unique experience where you will taste tapas made in a sustainable way with local and seasonal ingredients and also adding a powerful ingredient: the intercultural mix and ancestral knowledge from our Ambassadors’ networks and collaborators all around the world, from Colombia, Ecuador, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico & US.

MEET THE TEAM
Fátima Delgado Founder
Researcher in the fields of Sustainability Sciences, Complex Systems & Ecosystem Services
She is a PhD. in Sustainability Sciences and has worked for 10 years in sustainability projects with farmers, women and peasants in South-America . Her research areas are complex systems, ecosystem services and human behavior dynamics. In October 2019, she started a fellowship with Cornell University where she found inspiration and motivation to re-connect with the science of climate and sustainability, from a more human perspective. This is how Sustainable Tapas was born. She also finds inspiration by cooking Ecuadorian food to her friends because she believes that food is the emotional link to unite and share culture and ties.
Stephanie Molina Co-Founder / Project Manager
Professional in Communication, Audiovisual Production & Cultural Management
Our co-founder has a career full of versatility and that enriches the Sustainable Tapas Project. She has studied and worked as an actress for many years. In addition, she has also studied Design Management and Visual Communication and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in tourism innovation, focused on sustainable tourism at CETT-UB (Barcelona). Her contribution to Sustainable Tapas covers communication, content, creative work and event production. Stephanie is an Ecuadorian woman and citizen of the world. She likes to travel and learn about different cultures, cinema, theater, and spirituality subjects.
